Very good hotel and staff are good. Service is also good. Very near to cuttack station. Room is clean and washroom clean and hot and cold water available.

Very poor experience. This is the first time experience, where they will not provide any bill for mineral water, i have to pay cash but they will not give any bill for that. Every now and then i have to ask for a towel against which they are saying that all the towels are wet so they cannot provide. For that reason last two days i have been forced to take wet towel only for my use. Really horrible experience. I don;t need any discount. But strike off this type of hotel from your panel immediately.

We were to allowed to stay, because, my wife's aadhar card does not carry my name. As intimated by the executive at front desk, they have this vague rule.

Hotel is veg hotel, so no non-vegetarian food will be delivered from its kitchen. Room phone doesn't work, you have to call from your mobile every time, if you need anything. They don't have supply of packaged 1 litter drinking water bottle available (costly 500ml available, you have to buy from outside and every time the will ask to make you cash payment or use no 11. However ro water available and will be served in colourful, used bottles left by other customers. Only plus point is location, hotel is within 1 km range from cuttack railway station.

price offered is twice that offered in hotel itself. cancellation till last date is not at all applicable. Then the horrible cleanliness cockroaches, dirty sheets, smelly pillows no packaged water, bell for room service, no intercom, m9bile number they give will never work, food is also not good and the list goes on. in nutshell not at all recommended in the price offered.

Not at all a clean. Small cockroach moving around the room. Toilet not clean properly. Food quality is not up to the mark.

Location was good. But management services are too poor. No cleaning done for the furnitures. Utensils like water glass was sticky, door lock broken, spent an unsafe night. Restaurant closes too early at 9. 30 pm, though restaurant manager had told that i can place my dinner order upto 10pm

Good location, near about railway station and kolkata - chennai highway, shed-ed parking for two wheelers inside premises.

Rude staff did not let check in till 4 pm room was filled with cockroaches gyser was not working bathroom full leaking did not change bedsheets the bed was very hard and uncomfortable

Cleanliness was very poor. The rate for non ac room was 1500 and it was too much for such a room. Bathroom was not good. Room service did not come for cleaning

I got electric shock at the washroom. Electric current was there in the tap. This could have been fetal. Faulty geyser, tap even bedsheet & pillow were dirty. However, service boys were polite. Not recommended for stay.
