The location is good, right at the mangalabag market so you can get every thing then and there the food is decent, outside food is not allowed so you have to have it in their restaurant but as i said there are numerous hotels nearby where you can get budget friendly meals hygiene is something to be worried about, the last day of our stay a rat came out of nowhere from the toilet and there are no mirrors in the room so to get dressed you have to be in the washroom all the time

Room, bed, bed sheet all are very dirty. Soap hand wash not available. Overall very poor service.

Awful experience there. The room service is almost not there. I would say no one should stay there as they will behave like a slave there. The fooding is worst

Very unhygienic place. I didn't receive any toiletries. I reached hotel at 7 o clock but at reception i was told that room was not ready cleaning is in progress. Room was allocated at 0930 hrs.

Hotel location is very good, inside road easily find the hotel. Room service not satisfied. Bathroom damage, hand shower, toilet flush not working, so my experience is normal not satisfied. Thanks

False booking

After booking done, the hotel didn't accept my booking and at the same not provided me room. Related to this i raised a query to mm t customer care. Please refund my booking amount.

Bathroom door broken, ac not working. No water pressure in taps. Insects in room. Bad maintenance and terrible receptionist.

What ever they are showing. They are not providing. Neither they are providing water not blanket. I have to request them many time. They are allotted other lodge room which are very different. Room service is also very bad

Room was not ready. Very unhygienic property and room as well. They have given room in near by some guest house which was not acceptable at all. However food was okay. Have to stay without pillow cover also. 1 dirty towel for 2 pax. No blanket.

It was the worst hotel i have ever seen, i had to chuck out immedtly after seeing the rooms and den had to check in to another hotel, dirty rooms, full of mosqitoes and cockroaches,, i would never recommend

As breakfast included in booking but they did not give. Even if they did not provide towel, blanket and soap. Room was standard. I had booked through make my trip with 700 but did not allowed check in but mint help to check by paying extra 500 as demanded by hotel owner.
