The hotel room is very dirty. The bathroom is dirty. Bedsheets are very dirty the room staff who are there at night are drunk in the room. The phone in the room is not working such a situation is not good for a lady and her family. Therefore, any customer who books a room here will think wisely.

Centre of city near to big bus stand. Budget hotel. Nice food. Neat n clean hotel. You can stay safe.

You don’t have keys to lock door. Every time you have to come from outside you have to accompany with service boy to open the lock. Air conditioners are not having remote. Other wise hotel is well located

the following points are regarding yesterday's staying : 1. they do not provide towel 2. the whole building including the room smells like cigarette smoke 3. the staff were not cooperating 4. they don't provide the key to customers, every time after an outside visit i have to ask for room key 🗝️ to reception regards, chinmay tarai

Nothing to cheer about during my stay in the hotel. The toilet was not cleaned properly. Didn't like that. Room was OK, not that great.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Good service, good staff, clean hotel, clean rooms, electronic gadgets working well. Only insufficient Wi-Fi at higher floors. Average food.

Neat and clean rooms. Near to station and connected with all types of transportation . Hotel staff behaviour was good. Room service is excellent . . Food quality is awesome. Good experience to stay there . Value for money.

The hotel is nicely done but poor maintenance. No geysey in bathroom. No hook or stand to hang towel in bathroom. AC is very noisy. Towels not good. Bathroom toilet seat very bad. Location is very interior, will not get auto rickshaw.
