Stayed at pramod resort in cuttack for 2 days. Very well maintained property with great ambience. Delicious food and very courteous staff.

I would rate the ambience as a 4, good value for money though room rent i felt was a little higher compared with the size, great staff, checkout process could be faster.

The room had no window. Electrical socket was not working foe charging phones. Front office did not give wi-fi password. Room was dirty. Stains of previous guest was seen on the floor.

We were in cuttack for a wedding and stayed at pramod for 4 days and 4 nights. Ananya at the reception was amazing at hosting us from the beginning till the end. The entire team of staff was extremely polite and the hospitality was at its best. The breakfast spread was yummy. We also enjoyed our dinners at rajwada. A special thanks to smite at the restaurant who served us all at the restaurant. The housekeeping did their cleaning everyday and made sure we had extra fresh towels when we needed them. Housekeeping staff jamuna and renubala need to be appreciated for their dedicated work! we needed the iron box for ironing and they provided that immediately on our ask. The property is very clean and well maintained. The travel desk was also helpful in booking day trip to puri and we had a good experience with them. Ananya also helped us book autos and car for local travel. All in all a very satisfying and happy stay. The only downside would be just that in general the city has lot of mosquitoes and pramod has taken initiative to use organic way to combat the mosquitoes. I would like to extend a very heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for making our stay such a comfortable one. Will definitely stay there on our next visit.

Stay was good. But at reception before checkout receptionist told us that a small towel is missing which within 1 minutes was found inside room. This kind of allegation is at all not tolerated that too without proper check.
