The hotel is in urgent need of renovation, as the overall condition of the rooms and facilities is outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards are far below expectations, with dust and grime noticeable in several areas, especially in the corners and less frequently accessed spaces. Additionally, the room itself is infested with mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. The lack of proper pest control measures further exacerbates the situation. Guests would greatly benefit from a more thorough cleaning regimen and immediate attention to renovation, ensuring both cleanliness and comfort.

Wonderful stay, great experience! i recently stayed at this property, and it was a fantastic experience, booked through makemytrip. I came to know from google search. Very good property, with good environment, room conditions is too good, very neat and clean. Good behaviour, everyone has a good smiling face. Location is also good, very convenient.

Was-sh room pathetic condition. Dinning pathetic time for delivery don't have kitchen, they order from outside. Takes 1 hours time for delivery air conditioning without temperature control.

The stay was good. The staff was cooperative. I arrived at 8 am. Was having meeting at 10. 30. My checkin time was 12 noon as per standard of makemytrip. Hence i requested them to allot me room to get fresh. They helped me with it and provided one temporary room. It was kind gesture by them. Then room were clean.

Hotel was of poor quality. Basic necessities were missing. They were not able to provide proper tea. Located in very crowded area. Bed bugs were present

Well, it was short. The reception was cold and okayish. The room was ok. The food that i ordered came vey very late to me. The doormat near the bathroom needs some immediate correction. Also, i am going to add this that immediately after checking in i asked if i can have a patanjali toothpaste and a toothbrush. I was told that it wasn't known to them (the hotel) if there was a patanjali store near-by. I checked on the internet and told them that there was a patanjali store some 900m away. The hotel replied that it was not possible for them to do that as the store was far away (900m. I also asked them if i can google pay them for whatever amount was required to get me my toothbrush and most importantly my daunt k anti toothpaste as i wasn't carrying enough cash on me. They said that for some technical reason that wasn't possible. They gave me the reason but i didn't get it. I went out and got back to the hotel with the toothbrush and patanjali daunt k anti toothpaste within 10 minutes and i just walked! the toothpaste was available in a local stall near-by. There is another small issue, but then too small to mention. Finally, i asked one mr. Pratap at the reception if i can check out a little late and he was quick and generous to accept, though i didn't do it at the end and checked out on time.
