The location is gud and is at walking distance to gandhi chowk though there is slight slope going upwards but manageable avoiding taking out four wheeler again and again, hence good location, food is very good and staff is helpful. Overall enjoyable stay.

overall good but breakfast food quality was thik thak,Room maintenance was not proper.Room view was very good .parking good.over all average experience.

I stayed at there from 24th dc to 26th dec. I am extremely happy with hotel facilities, ambience, staff behavior. Food quality for breakfast, dinner ( which i tasted) is too good. Along with all such, hotel location is another milestone. Just 5min walking distance from gandhi chauk where you can evening great time with delicious street various foods, shopping etc. I recommended every family members whoever planning to visit dalhousie. Must try this hotel

Pros. Staff was courteous. Cons. Food was terrible. Rooms were really bad, washrooms were also not clean. They had odours.

The hotel can be more hygienic and service can be better. The food was good but the hotel's location is superb as it's just 5 minutes from the market place and scenic view, hence they can keep the hotel more clean and hygienic

It was a memorable stay @ bear valley resort. We were in a group of 5 businessmen. All of us have enjoyed during our stay. View from the hotel is just awesome.
