Stay was pleasant, food was excellent, service was top notch, staff was friendly and location was perfect for get away from city and traffic. Will recommend to family and friends for future stay in dalhousie.

Location was a little far though from Mall road rest food was okay, Staff was good, quick services. Rooms was neat and clean cozy but reception restrooms were dirty and stinking which made whole reception kind of smelly. There should be a gym also in the hotel 🤷♀️. Overall a pleasant stay!

. Poor service of highly paid hotel

No doubt view of the site is excellent. Dinner is good because it was on payment but the quality of breakfast is very poor, it might be due to complementary. Only single item of fruit i. E. Watermelon which is not the seasonal, in juice availability is watermelon and caned, prantha and idly was the only items. Now you can judge that what type of the breakfast was. So, it is suggested don't go only to the view, other things are also valuable

Stay at Best western Dalhousie in June 2024

Nice location, tasty food options on menu and very promt room service. However, few things need improvement like prices are way too high for food. Infact breakfast which was part of room rent was very average. Dinner was good but dishes were too pricey. Again room rent for a night was in 5 digits and as per hotel, this was their premium room and they have only 2 of this kind. However despite being a premium room, no attached balcony with the room. In order to enjoy the outside weather u either need to step out of the room or go to terrace on 5th floor. Indoor games which was one of a usp for me to book this property was a big disaapointment. Just carrom and chess and Pool Table was chargeable which we did not even tried after getting a view of their food prices 😊

The view from the room is picturesque. The staff in the dining room are helpful. They provided customized baby food for my 1 year old daughter. Overall the stay is fantastic. The buffet spread is adequate and varied from day to day

Beautiful property with very friendly staff. Everyday they went out of the way to make my staff comfortable. When i was sick they kept checking my well being n even arranged medicine from local chemist

Our stay was for 2 days. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The front desk was very helpful and a special thanks to raj saklani and anil kumar for giving us great breakfast. Overall a great experience and hospitality

Food was over priced and not all worth it. Since the property was bit far from the city, the customers are dependent on hotel kitchen and our expectations were bit high. Amenities : no amenities were in the property. Service : house keeping tried their best to follow the protocol laid. Location: the property was nestled amid-st nature.
