It was a great time here. Everything was so neat n clean. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is at very good location. Rooms are very neat and clean. I found all Hotel staff very polite . The dining hall is well maintained. Everything else was excellent. It is excellent stay for family with kids and elders. 👍

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. Views are amazing and worth seeing from the hotel rooms. Further while sitting in the balcony and enjoying the nature makes it more special. We recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Ark Holiday Inn by DLS Group in Dalhousie from **21st to 22nd September 2024**, and it was a **nightmare**. This hotel falsely advertises itself as a 4-star, but in reality, it doesn’t deserve more than 1-star. It’s located in the **middle of a jungle**, far from Dalhousie, and is **not safe for families** at all. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel was managed by a group of **unprofessional staff** who seemed indifferent to guest needs. The **room cleanliness** was unacceptable — the **bedsheets and towels were dirty** and of extremely poor quality. I made the mistake of booking a package with them, which completely ruined my holiday. The bathroom floors are **not anti-skid**, making them very dangerous, especially for elderly guests. My father **fell down** during our stay, which was extremely alarming and completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. The food was a disaster too. Most of the dishes were **salty and undercooked**, and they had **very limited options** for both breakfast and dinner. To make things worse, the food they served seemed **stale**. At night, the hotel turned into a nightmare, with **local people partying and making noise on the terrace**, making it impossible to rest. There was **no mobile network**, which made it even more frustrating and isolated. The **room maintenance** was non-existent, and the photos they advertise are clearly **photoshopped**. It looks nothing like what they promote. On top of that, the **Front Office Manager forced me to give feedback** during check-out, right in front of him, which felt extremely unethical. This is not how guests should be treated. It’s not safe, not clean, and certainly not a place for families. Stay away if you don’t want your holiday ruined like mine was.

The property is around beautiful scenic views especially the balcony view. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food was good too. We overall enjoyed the stay.

Hotel ark holiday inn at d ls hotels exceeded our expectations! the ark's special paneer tikka was a taste sensation. With free wi-fi and 24-hour room service, we felt right at home. Exploring the tibetan market and local bazaars nearby was a treat. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to come back for more!
