The hotel was really in a very good location along with good amenities. The view from the room was very good in the morning. Staff behaviour was very nice.

Rooms good but washrooms need touchups on room 301. 302. 303.

Rooms were well cleaned and hygiene. Stank was very cooperative and responsive towards our comfort. Food was good too ! view is nice from windows.

The stay was great. The hotel staff was on their toes to serve us. The cleanliness factor of the hotel was good as well. The view from the balcony was splendid.

The stay was comfortable. We booked room with breakfast and dinner. The hotel has great rooms and the food was amazing with amazing view. Best location near mall road staff very courteous best hotel

We booked this hotel just sitting at the reception because we wanted to see the rooms first . But everything was great nice view major thing we got a good parking slot and marvelous food . The staff the location the hospitality level everything was superb Highly recommended 👌

Unclean room and washroom

The room was so shabby, dusty, stains were everywhere starting from the bed sheet to the sofa. Bed sheet was torned, full of stains, we had to ask for a fresh bed sheet which was no different least to say. Bathroom was tiny, if you use the wash basin, the entire floor of the bathroom will get wet as the drainage system was faulty. He had a nightmare staying in this hotel, we had a much much better stay in the hotel of mcleodganj at cheaper tariff. The only good thing about this hotel i feel is it's close proximity to the gandhi chowk.

The stay was very comfortable. We had booked for 2 days, but since we couldn't reach on day 1 due to an emergency, they upgraded to valley view rooms. The view and food was awesome. Service was just average as we had to ask for soap and water bottles. The location is also great as it is walking distance from the market area.

Hotel Highland location is prime. The staff was courteous and followed up our requests. Room has a beautiful valley view. Linen was clean. Overall great stay 😊. stay at the hotel was comfortable. situated on the mall road and have parking area too. rooms were clean.

location is good, view is ok, near to Mall road, that was good but Room was smelling , when I told to hotel staff they provide me with empty bottle of room freshener, 😞 hotel staff did not responding on any request.

Rooms were not similar to photos poor quality infra- bad smell everywhere and the food they serve in map plan is disaster. But the staff is supportive.
