all the thing about room cleaning, services and facilities is ok, only one thing is not good, that there is no wifi facility they have, they had mentioned in room facility, otherwise all thing is okay👍.

Was waiting for this trip for a while now, dalhousie had been on my list for quite a while now and this town didn't disappoint, property is very decently furnished, ambience and views are really good, staff is very humble and polite, location is at the city centre although one room was of decent size all rooms should have been of the same size,, it was a good neat and clean stay

Completely terrible. I booked for 3 nights. Didn't even check in to the hotel after seeing the room. There is no restaurant. U need to go up down 200+ never ending steps to reach hotel. Worst hotel experience ever.

There was no parking. Location is not good. Rooms are smelly. Hotel staff get extra money. So very bad experience. I will be never book any hotel from your sight. So shame full experience with you.

I found this hotel and i booked it after seeing the pictures but when i reached there i saw that rooms were so small that they could only accommodate one person and washrooms were so tiny that one could barely take a bath there it was nothing like they show it very bad and when we asked for refund cuz that hotel was nothing like they have shown they refused and even fought with me

Extremely bad, neither for couples nor for senior citizens. No privacy, no kitchen, only dirty bathrooms and stairs. Hotel staff was rude, behaviour was pathetic. Horrible place, please do not opt to stay in this hotel. No cleanliness, staff behaviour and amenities are pathetic.

Beautiful property, location is very appropriate city centre, we enjoyed a beautiful drizzle first of the season i suppose, a bird sat ona. Tree right next to my window in the morning, it looked at me i looked at him for a while a memory i’d cherish forever, property is very nicely furnished, good people

One of the finest stays i’ve had, could really feel clouds just entering my room, it was perfect time to visit as end of july offered us a very decent weather, a relief from the scorching heat back home, staff is very humble and polite hum e log baht ache lage, everyone is very nice to talk to, rooms are very decently furnished, big size rooms with big windows is what you need in plains, that is all that matters, we had a great time thank you guys see you again

Please don't stay here if you don't want to spoil your trip.

The biggest mistake of my life of staying at This place. Not provided the promised room Staff is so rude to talk. They can't even provide you a water bottle of just Rs 20 washrooms are so dirty and tiny fans are not working Rooms are dirty. worst experience . this hotel doesn't deserve such a high price which we have paid. it doesn't deserve more than 1000 per night. No one should go for this with this price. Not even a single person was there to assist or help. Rooms were dirty. booking company should post actual pics and location so that nobody should be harassed like us. take a serious note of this.

The stay was not very good. 1st day stay was terrible. Bedsheets were not clean, toilets dirty, fan was not working. The owner was also very rude.
