Super deluxe room with sunrise view is really amazing and the staff is very courteous specially mr. Naveen was very helpful.

When we reached hotel, full rain with wind was continuously. My 06 family members and 01 child of 01 year with me. In these situation reception staff not send any person to collect luggage from cab, luggage was at parking. No one can give us umbrella for carrying 01 year old baby. Reception staff tell me that "umbrella taken by other customers " can we family not they customer? one towel in room instead 02, no toilettary provide after demanding. Worst experience in my liife. Light also breakdown full night and day. No generator in hotel. After asking they said that "jo bhi hai w oh de diya hai, or kuch nah i hai. Food quality totally useless, price also toomuch.

Good property nice people. We upgraded to sunrise view hotel which is also their property. We booked super deluxe room. It was good

Everything was grt. The hotel has the perfect location. The only problem is that food is not provided. I hope they start kitchen services soon. The receptionist was kind enough to let us stay 2hours more as our train was in the night.

Not an enjoyable one. The hotel was just an ordinary one. Not as shown in the pictures. There was no parking facility from the hotel. Private parking charged rs. 200 for a night. Rooms were small as compared to those shown in pictures. Room was just in front of the hotel reception. So much of disturbance every time you open the door. No heaters in the room.

Good location and nice room... I like it... Good facility and good food... Sunrise but blanket is not good. Little smell. All is good.. Food is very nice. But blanket was not good. And also toilet flush was not working. Everything was fine... Location is good in mall road. Main market. Thank you so much sunrise hotel. If I again come to. Dalhousie... I will stay in sunrise hotel... Thank you. So. Much.

Electric kettle was not provided initially but only after asking they provided one. Hotel is located in main market which is good. Rooms were not cleaned properly as we found food items on the floor. Tables were also not cleaned properly.

All over good. Breafast quality is average. Location is very good. Services is good. And I totally enjoyed the mall road. Hotel is in mall road ao very helpful to go market in very cool winter. So overall itz nice.

The hotel is situated at mall road .. Being located in such a good place it should cater good service. Lack of service rude behaviour and lack of amenties .. Along with how can make my trip assure it I do not understand such a below standard service I am sure MMT must look into this matter ..
