Muneesh sharma the manager has great hospitality. He helped us in every aspect. Food is too good here. All staff members are very supportive. Amenities and services are on top level

This property is excellent in many aspects. First of all the location is very good and the room we stayed in with the family had a spectacular view of mountains(green + snow) the food was very tasty especially their khicdi+kadhi combo. The food was suitable for small kids. The services of staff were beyond my expectations

We had an awesome stay experience at snow valley resort. Special mention of the staff which is tremendously helpful and polite. Housekeeping staff is always at your service. If weather permits, one can get the clear view of the dhauladhar range. The location of the property is strategic and one can access the nearby areas in foot. Also, the hotel provides central heating which was really helpful. The only area of improvement is the drainage system in the washroom, post shower, we noticed water logging may be the slope for water flowing is faulty. Apart from this we had a wonderful experience.

The view from the hotel is beautiful. The hospitality and service was commendable. Especially the staff at the restaurant was amazing. The food was outstanding and they caterer to all our needs with a smile on their faces.

The hotel was at a very prime location. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hospitality was very nice. Talking about the food, it was very good, the service was very fast. I would also like to thank our waiter, vijay sharma. He was very caring and helped us with service. He also guides us about some locations we can visit from here. Overall a memorable experience

Snow valley resort is at very nice location with awesome panaromic view of the mountains. The staff is very cooperative and quick in their service. Breakfast and dinner both are very tasty and staff service is awesome

It's one of the best resort in dalhousie. Location is perfect, it's 10 min walk from gandhi chowk. The view of the room is perfect it overseas the valley view is mind blowing. The best part is the the service. I think the stay are the best behaved if have ever seen. Specially mr rajender singh he has taken very good care of us especially for my 6 year old. I will for sure recommend to stay here.

Very helpful staff, fantastic view of the valley from the rooms. Very good food and the staff goes out of the way to make your stay a memorable one. Mr. Vijay sharma in the restaurant was very helpful as senior citizens we had some diet problems but he took very good care of it.

The hotel is located very near to the market and had a great experience staying there. We were a group of females with teenage kids. The food is delicious and very good. Overall the staff is prompt and courteous.
