The hotel booked its entire set of rooms for a wedding and kept one staff room for my booking. I checked in but couldn’t stay for more than 10 mins and i checked out.

Location- excellent, reception & lounge- good, rooms- bigger, clean. Washroom- not very clean, taps not working properly. Room service- good, courteous. Food- provided from outside ( they don't have their own functional kitchen. Complementary breakfast- horrific, can not be worst than this.
No mask, no distancing, no sanitizers, well then - you carry your life, you must carry your risk!

I stayed at your hotel on 17.03.2020 to 20.03.2020 with my father. It was an amazing experience for me. As a part of my duty I usually stay in different hotels allover the country. I never come across such an amazing hospitality. The entire work force specially Prashant and Naveen is so humbly and at the same time professionally trained too however some training is require for upgrading the professional skill. The ambiance of the hotel is nice and attractive. I feel my pleasure to visit again with family. Thanks to all.

Bhavya hotel with not so bhavya service

Hotel was really bad. Service was bad. After 8 pm I asked for water but didn't received any. Wasn't given water the whole night. Actual issue is of man power and it's management. Location was very bad. Went there 10 pm at night. Conveyance at night is a challenge. Hotel is well decorated. Room was also good, spacious and clean but AC was making noise. Had to switch it off at the end. Lawn and all are good. Washroom was also fine but geyser was an issue. No proper manager and management is there and I think it's the core reason of arising of all these problems in this hotel.
