Overall it’s old resort and it stinks. Food is good. It needs overhaul of property. Don’t go by the photos. They are constructing new rooms hope it will get better in terms of hygiene and cleanliness once they renovate. We paid for 2 days but checked out in a day

Tent room had water issues and restroom had very low lights staff were really good and helpful but way to the resort was muddy and lot of issues due to rain

All good with fresh air , nice staff , good food and Excellent hospitality 😍😊 Rain dance , In house activities etc.. strongly recommend to take these activities once you are planning for this property

Worst maintained resort. Worst tea and coffee, almost felt like drinking milk. For everything you have to request or guide, do tea like this. Then if you are lucky then you will get the normal taste. Swimming pool infested with green algae, water looked greenish. Path to these resorts were welcomed by mountains of garbage.

Resort location and area covered is excellent. Maintenance, kitchen can be better. They have activities if you are interested.

Think property is over priced. Food is average with very little variety. Cleanliness of the tents was poor. Staff is good though.

Room needs maintenance as does the swimming pool and water body. Location good, even if a narrow dirt track leads to it. You need personal transport to stay and move about. Service was good.

While there aren't many better options in dandeli, such a situation should not be used by resort owners to take guests for granted. Our recent family experience of staying there can be at the best called mediocre. Poor food options and unhygienic preparation, repetition of the same menu, apparently unclean support staff and poorly maintained facilities (unattended grass everywhere, afternoon time additional room construction noises, construction materials lying around causing risk, late night time staff quarrel sounds, guests allowed to enter the swimming pool in their clothes without changing to swimming costumes, dirtying the water in the pool. Staff was artificially trying to come across as polite, but that was just a presentation, they didn't have any courtesy and guest orientation. Overall the vibe is poor and the experience is completely avoidable. Have shared the review in above message.

We stayed in the most expensive room the maharaja tent . The facility is below acceptable standards, room linen is old and jaded. The pool water was slightly murky. the rooms are too close to each other you could always hear your neighbours. The staff genuinely tried to help and make an effort however the facility itself is very dated and in tatters. I would not say that this facilities is value for money in fact I felts that we were over charged. 50% of rack rate is a fair value. Expect a lot of families that make noise at the facility. To make things worse they also have a local DJ who will blastout tracks in the middle of the Jungle just to make sure that you get more uncomfortable.Sleep quality ok but in all fairness there was a storm in the night so can't blame the facilityThe bed linen is grey and old Mattress was fantasticToilet is below par . No toiletries provided unless a 2 rs shampoo pouch counts.Water sports were great for the kids. Staff was exceptional. For such a rubbish property the staff really is trying. Value for money : noLikely to return : no unless major repairs take place don't go. Food: ok tasting. Limited menu. Always delayed in setting up. Courteous staff.

room/resort photos are made to look good but not in reality. The food court table clock was filthy and the ambience in photos to reality is different. Overall experience is average and price is high for facilities given compared to other resorts in the same vicinity

We had a pleasant, the property was pretty old compared to the pics but however we had a great time. The night camp was the best thing here.

Stay and food at the property is good. Staff is helpful. Special thank to mr. Laxman (activity team guide) who had conducted a natural trail walk. He has good knowledge of birds, trees and surroundings. Road to the property approx 2km is like an off road. Network issue with vodafone service provider.

Worst hotel i have ever visited

The property needs a maintenance. Flush is not working, lights were gone many times. Rooms with fungus on walls, old bedsheets, mosquito net is not proper, garden was not maintained. Food was ok ok. Hotel employees tried there best to help us but the property is terrible. Owner shoul take note and make required changes.

We checked in for a day here. The location was good and the food too. They serve 3 meals and tea and it was all very tasty. Sadly, we were not happy with our room as it was facing the swimming pool which was a very noisy area. The sounds were very loud in our room. There was also a very strong sewage smell that entered the room, which became stronger when we put the ac on. When we went back to the room after tea, the resort started playing extremely loud music till midnight. This was extremely inconsiderate to the guests who came for a relaxing stay.

Stayed here for two nights. Beautiful weather, far away from busy city life. The rooms were good. I had booked a ac cottage but a day before i got a call saying that the cottage i booked is actually a dormitory and is wrongly mentioned on mmt. They immediately said they will offer a maharaja tent instead. We were ok as all the facilities were in the tent. The tent was huge with a large comfortable bed. The main problem for us in this resort after paying 14k for 2 days was the food. My husband fell ill after eating the first meal there, his stomach was upset and thereafter he didn't have any food at the hotel. It somehow messed up with our trip as v couldn't go for river rafting coz of his bad health. One big suggestion to them. Please prepare karnataka cuisine, don't try preparing punjabi dishes. Please spend more busy good fishes from market rather than one typical river fish. We spend enough to n joy stay and food, if in return v don't get value it's of no use. Will not recommend it to anyone. P s staff was good
