Service in canteen was good. But we noticed that amount recovered from us rs. 18171 plus 10000_ for two rooms not reasonable for november end. There is cupboard also.

The resort was very beautiful and the best part is the sea beach access, love the spot and the greenary. Food quality was great and taste was very good however i feel the price was a bit high. The location was very good and would like to choose the same resort if i visit again

(1) the room interior walls need maintenance, painting, cement keeps falling, gaps in external walls need to be filled up. (2) water pressure in jet spray of the toilet seat needs to increase. (3) restaurant chairs have zero comfort and no ease of handling. Floors are very uneven.

firstly location easily reachable by maps and perfectly on the beach, direct entry from resort to beach. Food very delicious especially the authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. Amenities wise all good, indoor games, outdoor games, kids pool, swimming pool(slightly small) very well maintained. Room service and restaurant services very humble and cooperative. overall very good experience 👍👍👍

Considering this was described as 5 star property, the overall experience was not at all worth 5 star in terms of either money or stay experience. - property is very nice, but is not maintained as advertised. Could have been managed better. - stay was very nice and ambience was better. Property have a direct private access to beach which was very nice. - food quality could have been better. Veg options were terrible, nonveg was a bit good. - helper staff is very nice, but the management is very poor. Reception staff / accounting people are very rude and they happen to somehow forget courtesy to customers in terms of monetary calculations. Overall, considering as a 3 star property, the experience would have been very nice. But as advertised as 5 star, the expectations were not the same.

This place is not worth staying at all. The property looks very shabby and not worth against the money that you are paying rooms are not that great i mean when you pay 5k to 7k for a room you expect a better place to meet your expectations, but i was totally disappointed. The staff was very friendly and co operative and we loved the service provided by them and appreciated their hospitality. I thank the below team of this hotel and request hotel to take care of them or someone elae will do. Nivas madhavi gauri indrajeet pravin swapnil nivas was a great chap and help. Keep up the good work. For hotel owner, you really need to rethink and renovated the hotel before you are out of business or make the hotel rent because currently the size and shape of the hotel is only 1500rs and not ubove 5k. Thank you.

Must visit in october to fab. From jun e to august there is very heavy rain

Property is good but rooms need some renovation. There is no cupboard for clothes. Restaurant is very good and also all staff of restaurant and all resort staff are very kind and helpful

Genuine review. Must watch i recently stayed at a beachfront cottage during july, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. While the location promised a relaxing getaway, it turned out to be quite the opposite. Cottage condition: upon arrival, i was disheartened to find that the cottage was damp and wet, with water dripping from the ceiling. This made the living space uncomfortable and uninviting. Despite the initial disappointment, the management kindly upgraded us to the sea breeze room after we raised our concerns. This new room was an improvement, but it still couldn’t fully mitigate the issues we faced. Beach conditions: as for the beachfront property, the state of the beach was alarming. It was littered with plastic waste and other debris, making it impossible to enjoy the picturesque setting. The sand was black and had visible oil spills, rendering it unsuitable for walking. It was disheartening to see such neglect in an area that could be so beautiful. Food and staff: on a positive note, the food served at the cottage was superb. Each meal was delicious and well-prepared, providing a highlight amid-st the disappointments. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay a bit more pleasant despite the location’s shortcomings. Overall experience: in conclusion, while the staff and food were commendable, the dampness of the cottage and the deplorable beach conditions overshadowed any positives. I would not recommend this property until significant improvements are made to both the accommodations and the cleanliness of the beach. It’s a shame because with some care, this place could be a fantastic getaway.

Great resort. Next to beach. Only negative - no secure parking place, expensive resturant and no bar. Other than that the property is awesome right on the murud beach.

I had a delightful stay at lotus e co resort. The accommodation was comfortable, with well-maintained rooms that offered a relaxing ambiance. The food was excellent, especially the indian breakfast, which was a highlight of my mornings. The resort's close proximity to the beach made it an ideal location for a tranquil getaway. Despite the lack of phone network, the reliable wi-fi ensured i stayed connected. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the area, offering a blend of comfort, good food, and beautiful surroundings. Only recommendation would be a mini refrigerator in the rooms.

The property is good. Food is also good, however service levels need improvement. We had to wait for almost an hour when we came as rooms were not ready. Next day too we had asked then to clean the room which did not happen. We had to wait even at restaurant when you order anything. It is a great location for staying if the service level goes up.

Pros - 1. The resort has extensive premises located proximal and easily accessible to the beach. 2. The lush greenery, properly maintained gardens, compact pool, indoor game room, outdoor activities like archery, badminton & rifle shooting add to the bliss of this place. 3. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Balconies are adequate for some evening chill. 4. Bathroom has ample space and well maintained. 5. Room service and reception assistance is prompt. 6. The restaurant has a vivid menu and serves flavorful food, thanks to the diligence of its waitpersons (special mention to miss madhavi. Cons - 1. There are network connectivity issues. Wifi provided by the resort is the only source of communication within the premises. Network however is found at the beach which is an inconvenience. 2. Provisions of sewing kit and fridge can be made. 3. Driver accommodation is costlier than other places. Overall, i would recommend this place for an unwinding weekend for family and friends.

The stay was wonderful. The resort was beautiful and luxurious. The toilet were so clean. The room was beautiful. The food was good. It was such a wonderful experience.
