Poor experience

Small rooms. Small bathrooms. Old rooms. No warm water in room. Solar failed to work. Buffet menu was limited and average test. Poor restaurant service. We left one day before our checkout date due to this. They offered no refund nor mmt has option.

Excellent Stay

The resort magnolia rooms need slight upgrade. The garden is superb. Dapoli is seafood paradise but the seafood served was not upto mark. The size of pomfret and prawns that were served were very small and disappointing. We had high expectations. Overall we had a great time. Breakfast was good.

Location is wonderful amenities and services are very good food is nice but roti needs to be improved none of my 3 kids could finish 1/2 roti in 3 days of our stay staff was best experience i ever had. Really appreciate them for politeness and hospitality.

Good resort with avg service

Resort location was away from any hustle and bustle. Large property to explore with good amenties. Difficult to go out of resort without personal vehicle/cab. Rooms were good, clean with nice balcony. Couteous staff but restaurent service was a little slow. Some items of buffet breakfast got over before the breakfast closing and the manager didn't provide it even after asking multiple times. They keep calling you to take their spa and other services.

Fern samal is niche property located amid-st greens outskirts of dapoli town. The property looks very small when entering it but is spread out when you explore the facilities and cottages. It also has its own set of birds roaming around the property. The rooms were average with uncomfortable bedding both king bed as well as extra bed provided by property. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets did have variety but service was slow when the property had lot of ala carte ordering guests. Also we found ants loitering around the desert counter. The staff also wet cleaned the narrow paths during morning time when guests are walking from room to the restaurant which caused my family member to slip while walking. My expectation was that it was a premium property but found it lacking on the above aspects.

Fern samal property is very big and awesome. Stay was very comfortable. Staff is also very helpful. Resort has many amenities like swimming pool, badminton court, indoor games - table tennis, pool table, carrom. They also have inhouse restaurant and bar. We opted for breakfast and dinner with package, food was ok and not at par of expectation. Also menu in breakfast/dinner was very limited, didn't had much local food options. Overall good resort for leisure.

We visited the fern samal resort and faced a major inconvenience when the restaurant made a mistake in our bill. It took two hours for the staff to resolve the issue, causing unnecessary frustration. While the resort’s ambiance was good, this experience significantly impacted our stay. Service needs serious improvement.

We loved our stay at the fern. It's a great property with lots of greenery, spread over a large area. Around 5kms from the nearest beach. They also arrange a lot of fun activities in their mango orchard, which is very close to the resort.

Our stay at the fern samal resort was amazing. Their food and hospitality was great. The resort premises are filled with greenery and the cherry on the top are their rooms with beautiful view of the forest.
