I didn't stay at this property. When we reached near the property by google location and called at given number that we are unable to locate you and the direction where your property is showing on map is very steep, will you please come and guide us but he refused. So i booked another property at the same time.

The hotel is in tower road therefore no parking for the car. Manager's behavior is rude. No lift facilities. No sufficient light inside the room. Housekeeping facilities not available. The room is also full with dust. Toilet's flush tub was also broken. Hot drinking facilities were not available inside the room. They close the exit gate within 10pm and manager switched off his phone. I suggest not to stay in this place.

It was good experience with good facility, staff behaviour was also nice with us. First time the room were immaculate and vary comfortable.

By mistake booking date is 21st instead of 22nd and can't cancel-led the hotel staff are not dicipline and instead of cooperation they passed comments on the booking

Very dull and damp food is not good neither service… you dont get any view of the mountain .. infact our room had very bad smell of drainage system

We didn't had many expectations in our bucket. A good accommodation, subtle behaviour by the staff and scenic view of the hills were our topmost priority and i can gladly say the hotel met our expectations with flying colours. I would acknowledge the staff behaviour and support and encourage more guests to read this review and visit this hotel.

Very nice rooms with balcony which gives u an awesome view of darjeeling ambience of the room was also nice staffs are too cooperative

We stayed for 3 days here… Rooms are small as per shown pictures but yes Staffs are really nice,helpful,availability,their services. Breakfast, Lunch,evening snacks,dinner all good…with varieties of menu.Coffee or Tea …Just wow.. View from Balcony

Hotel environment is good. Hotel staff are very good and service is so good. Maintain hygiene and cleaniness. Provide very nice tea whenever you want.
