The location in front of batasia loop, but there's a garbage spot beside the hotel. Also don't expect mind blowing rooms, extremely average, but it is clean. We booked 2 rooms with kachenjunga view option from mmt, when we got our rooms the view was only lots of trees only. The amenities okayish. They have a restaurant, where food quality was average only but cheap on pocket. You will better restaurants to eat which are within walking distance.

Hotel himalaya residency, darjeeling is not a well maintained & systematic hotel & you have charged per night which is too much. As they have neither alternate arrangement of lights after power cut nor well furnished rooms. Hence in view of the goodwill, you should refund my extra charged amount.

Cooperative staff and views from hotel good. Located near batasiya loop and dhoom monestry. Peaceful environment. Maincity is about 5 km far but on shearing taxi rout very convenient. Restorent attached with hotel good food with room service. Rooms are well maintained.

Service was not that good, i booked a room including with breakfast but at morning i have to kept reminding them for breakfast and after that we received only puri and sabji which was terrible in taste

Hotel is far away. Not suitable for touristes it is not reachable to hotel during night hours. Rooms are very small and not clean. Hotel rooms were having bad smell. No soap, shampoo supplied. Food suppl-lied by the hotel is very expensive.

Very nice hotel location having view of kanchunjanga mountain. Rooms were under budget. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service was very good. Cleanliness and hygiene was on top priority.

Very poor maintenance room evstaff behaviour was good but the property was leads maintained water clogs were found on wall and the room carpet was dirty as if we were staying in a local hotel room not worth for the amount given

Location is good as it is beside the batasia loop. Food is good. There is need of maintaining hygiene and safety standards. The room was not properly cleaned. Mat seemed old and not washed in a long time.
