We stayed in view rooms and the rooms were great with all basic amenities. The wifi is lightning fast. Mall road is few mins walk from hotel including a long staircase which might be a problem for older people. Room service is top notch and the food is very good. Definitely a must try.

All stuffs are so polite. The interior may astonish one who has interest in tibetan culture. The resturant is probably one of the best in its kind in darjeeling.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly and provided everything we asked, the room was clean as well as the bathroom the geyser worked perfectly, they provided kettle for hot water, coming to their restaurant, the food was very delicious we tried variety of dishes and every dish was delicious the restaurant staff was also very friendly....., all in all a very good stay for us. 😊

Good ambience, good location, great interior and staffs behaviour also good, there is some issue with hot water. Sometines they turned off the geyser from outside, but overall ok.

Hotel was situated at the prime location and the behaviour of staff was also good. During the winter, season they should provide room heater and slippers for the room

The room was spacious and decent, though maintenance could be improved. The interior needs enhancements, such as adding a carpet to the floor, cleaning the lamps, and providing a room heater (either on a chargeable or complimentary basis. Additionally, the toiletries provided were minimal, limited to shampoo and mini soaps. For a suite room, the amenities should align with standard expectations, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, oil, and other essentials to enhance the guest experience. The in-house restaurant should remain open for hotel guests until at least 10 pm, as it currently closes by 9 pm, with a fixed menu option starting as early as 8:30 pm. While the housekeeping staff are polite and helpful, the management or manager appears to be less cooperative, which impacts the overall guest experience.

I stayed in room no 206, there is a drainage issue in the bathroom, rest is ok ok. Room service is good and the hotel has a theme of antiqueness

I find this property on mmt. The deal was good. Location is near to the market. Staff is cooperative. Property is well maintained and neat and clean. But the only thing is that there is very less parking. U should make sure by contacting to the hotel about your car parking. Thanks to the hotel staff as they managed to park our long cruiser.

The hotel was located close to the mall and also to the chowk bazaar which made it very convenient. The room was clean, staff courteous and stay hassle free.

Room services are 3rd class. Pani magne per bhi pani nah-in mila raat ko. Auro gate close kar dete hain, bulane per bhi nah-in kholte hai. Bolt e hai dusre wale gali ke raaste se jao auro aao. Check out ke waqt reception mein lights nah-in lag-ate hai. This was worst hotel experience in my life. Us hotel mein mat jao. Luggage ke lye bhi kou help nah-in karta hai. Agar raat mein so jate hai, uthane per bhi bhi woh nah-in uthte hai auro koi response nah-in dete hai.

I spent 4 days 3 nights here with my mom and trust me everything was excellent including their room service and food quality. Excellent location, very near and just 5mins walking distance from darjeeling mall. I requested them to provide me a window view room before check in and they actually kept their words. The staffs services are excellent and throughout and they are very attentive. We are actually very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Highly recommended!

I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. I booked 5 rooms. Rooms were good, clean. But in 2 rooms, there was issue with running hot water which is an essential when the outside weather is cold. In other rooms the issue was not present. Food was good in quality and quantity. Location wise the hotel is bit far from main mal road. We had to walk 8-9 mins in uphills to reach to the mal. Otherwise it was a nice experience staying here for 2 nights.
