Staying at hotel tranquility was a terrible experience. The room that they gave initially was too small to accommodate four people. The curtains were too thin to prevent the cold air of darjeeling coming from the window. The water droplets condensed on the ceiling which were dripping on the bed and made our night's sleep miserable. The geyser was not working properly and there was no mirror in the room for us. The people were not very cooperative and we had to manage to stay there for three days with a lot of difficulty. I would highly not recommend this place to stay in at darjeeling.

Most of the car don't want to go to the hotel as because it's in very upper side or one way road. And owner does not have any car contacts, and no fooding is available in hotel even no drinking water is available. But the owner is very friendly and very budget friendly hotel near mall road and chourasta

Hotel owners behaviour is very ugly. No hotel staff is there. He is very arrogant. Owner does not know how to behave with guest
