Room is not properly clean. Room is so cold and not suitable without room heater. Hotel is located very far from chowrasta.

Staff is excellent. Polite and welcoming. Fast service. Food is of great taste. Location far away ( news kulli) and no taxis reach there but very near to market so an advantage. Bathroom had water problems due to the pipeline issues so that was the only problem.

The hotel service was good. The rooms were clean spacious and very comfortable and the staff was amazing. The service was exceptional as well. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend gateway. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkout and check-in but also in giving directions to spots. I will recommend to friends and will definitely stay again.

Room size and cleaners is very good. Due to problem of cooking stuff we are unable to test the food quality. Stuff of this hotel is very good 👍. location of the hotel is ok.

They have underground rooms which remains damp all the time and feels suffocating. Location is most horrible part, takes a lot of time from the mall road and also the road towards the hotel is very dirty and passes through meat shop

Rooms are not cozy. Bad smell coming from bed, pillow cover and from the entire room. Behaviour of the manager is very disappointing. He is very rude and arrogant. Mall road is far from hotel also the road towards the hotel is not good.

We booked super deluxe room which is a mountain view room. But after reaching hotel we got a room with other buildings view. There is no mountain view from our room. The worst part was we found at 3:30 am. Suddenly we found that there is no electricity in the room and when we came to check near window that if there was no electricity in the whole area or not, then we saw there was a huge water leakage from window and the floor was floating also out luggage got wet. I know there was a heavy rain that night but is this justify for this water leakage? when we call the manager, he shouted at us that we keep the window open that's why water came to the room. Me and my husband tried to told him that we never even touched the window. But he didn't listen to us. Any ways. Overall experience is not good. Behaviour of the manager is very poor and arrogant. So think twice before book the hotel. Its also not near to the mall road.

It was perfect, the host and the staff were very cordial, very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I loved my stay and enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you so much wind horse for your hospitality.
