Close to the mall. Food is excellent. Rooms are big and very neat and clean. Staff behavior is very good. Only problems are hot water timings and restricted food ordering timings.

Stay was average, they provided single beds joined to us, it was not convenient. Food quantity was less for the price they charged

The hotel did not give there correct mobile no, hence contacting them was difficult 2. The bed mattress was very inconvenient as springs where hitting 3. There was no parking space even for pickup the hotel staff was not allowing taxi driver to wait 4. No where it was mentioned that heater is chargeable and asked me to pay rs 300 per day 5. We had ordered chicken fillets which was very oily food was not good 6. For toiletries and other things one had to demand constantly at-well when i ordered for food in all hotels complimentary onion is served when i asked them why it was served with food i was told that for complimentary items one has to demand. Over experience at jai hotels in darjeeling was not good 7 for heater they asked me money i asked for the bill they refused but on coaxing for bill they told we will not charge and it will be complimentary, at that time behaviour of receptionist was extremely bad as she was laughing and smiling and passed comment in there own language. Which shows there behaviour.

It is a excellent hotel, it is very clean, the staff is very cooperative, the delivery is very fast and i really enjoyed staying here.

We had a comfortable family stay at Jai Hotel, situated in a lively market area. While the hotel doesn’t provide scenic views, the room was cozy and well-maintained. If a room with a view is a priority, it’s worth checking the location on the map and considering other options before booking. The food was excellent, especially the variety of breakfast options—a highlight of our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and thoughtful amenities like an electric kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar sachets added to the convenience. However, being in Jai Complex near the Post Office, some noise is inevitable if you open the windows. On the plus side, the nearby winter wear and bakery shops made shopping enjoyable, and Darjeeling Pink Mall is conveniently located just across the street.

Every-time i visit darjeeling i prefer to stay at jai hotels for its prime location, convenience to visit the town and overall very comfortable stay as its less noisy, the rooms are very comfy and hotel staff are very warm and hospitable. Had a very good time thank you jai hotels

The experience was too good, the room was neat and clean with good space. Location is just near the mall road. The food is delicious. Best place to stay.

The staff is extremely cordial and polite. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The property is located at the heart of the town which makes it very accessible to visit the different places. In close proximity with mall road.

All the stuff are well behaved. But one thing hurts me too much, they provide pork instead of chicken. This is pathetic. I will not visit again to the hotel

Excellent room according to size, space, interior, price, facilities and location. They provided so many complementary facilities including tea, coffee, bathroom utilities, drinking water and the biggest thing is 24 hour geyser service. Excellent city cum mountain view from room.

Worst experience no dinner buffet

We booked dinner buffet but they didn’t provide dinner. Instead they offered ala crate with limited food items. Towel was not washed clearly. They charged for water and ice. Pathetic room service
