Great stay at hotel pink mountain

Our stay at pink mountain was really good. The hotel's location is very good as we could reach the chowrastha or the mall road easily. Above all we could see mt. Kanchenjunga, so close to us, from the rooms. The terrace has a breathtaking view, and i can spend hours there. The rooms and bathroom were absolutely neat and clean, very well maintained. But i request you all to buy room heaters and give it for free as it's a very cold place in winters, blowers do not help at all and the charge per night was high (rs 400/night. Kindly work in this area. Food was good but the coffee can be improved. We enjoyed our stay here but pols work on the above said areas.

The hotel does not have geyser facility and hot water is only served between 7am - 10am and 7pm - 10pm. I was with my family and my son who is just 3 yrs old had to use bathroom at 1am with cold water where the city temperature was 5 degrees celcius. Hotel is such cold weather condition should be providing hot water facility all the time. This hotel is not recommended at all especially during winters

Very good clean room provided, location near mall road, 5-10 mins walking. Also renowned restaurants are nearby which is a plus point.

One of the best hotel near mall road, services are very good, staff are also very well behaved and helpfull. Staircase lift and room heater available. If booked through make my trip then high tea is complementary. 2 min walking distance from keventer and glaneries

Good hotel rooms, good food, walking distance of 10mins to mall road. All over good experience. Good services and nice amenities. From the terrace you can have a clear view of kanchenjunga mountain range

I recently stayed at jain group hotel pink mountain during my visit to darjeeling, and i couldn't be happier with my experience! the hotel's location is perfect, offering stunning views of the kanchenjunga and the surrounding hills. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant served delicious food, and i particularly enjoyed the pure vegetarian jain meals. The rooftop cafe was a great spot to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. Overall, jain group hotel pink mountain exceeded my expectations, and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting darjeeling. It's a wonderful blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty.

Prime location, rom and wash room was very clean, all amenities ( including lift, hot water. Etc)are available, food, service and behaviour very very good. My experience was awesome. Hotel authority and staff was to much good. According to me this hotel is the best budget friendly stay for darjeeling.

It was an excellent experience staying there, service was really nice, and the room was hygienic. The only thing that was a little disappointing for us was the restaurant there does not offer non veg items, rest everything was pretty good. I would recommend it to everyone.

During our stay at jain group hotel pink mountain in darjeeling, we were greeted by a property that excelled in several aspects. The location was particularly favourable, allowing us to romeo in the mall area. The culinary experience was delightful, with a variety of delicious dishes served. The hotel’s amenities were commendable, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The services provided by the staff were also noteworthy. However, it’s worth noting that the non-view rooms suffered from poor ventilation, which could be improved. Our stay was pleasant, with the positives outweighing the minor drawbacks.
