Location of my stay at little tibet resort was excellent and close to mall road. I enjoyed my stay but there is few things which cab be done better. During my stay in the evening time i heard the staff my yelling outside of my door which is very disturbing. I hope they will understand because its create bad impression to other guests.

The hotel location is very good. The staffs are helpful. Only issue is the rooms are very damp. I stayed here two times now. Both times the rooms were very small and very damp. The bathroom is extremely small. There was a very bad smell from the extra mattress that was provided. The most important part was the wifi. It didn’t connect at all during our entire 4 nights stay. We had to rely on our mobile networks completely. We complained about it but nothing was done. Overall stay was pleasant but these are a few issues that they should work on.

Room heater was chargeable. Hot water facility at bathroom was not working. Room no 202. In winter at darjeeling we had a very horrible experience.

The stay was really pleasant overall, cozy room with all the basic amenities and some fine prompt room service except for the wifi services which was a bit of a let down.

The resort is in a prime location. The rooms are decent and big. Though i found the washroom is small. The staffs are very good. Food is also very delicious. The kanchanjangha view point is in walking distance. Car parking is limited.

There was a pungent smell every-time someone flushed the toilet in some another room. Had a terrible time opening the window every-time somebody flushed the toilet

The location is good, at the backside of the famous darjeeling mall. It will take 10/15 mins (around 500 meters) to reach the mall area. The property is a bit old, some areas require renovation, specially in bathrooms. We had stayed in two executive rooms with balconies, clean and airy rooms with views (but no kanchenjunga views. The quality of the foods are okay. There is no bar at the property. The courtesy and promptness of the staff are praiseworthy.

The moment we entered the room the first thing we saw was a cockroach on the table near the water kettle. The second thing was that the wifi was not working at all and to make matters worse mobile network were also not available in the room. You have to quite literally get outside of the hotel to just make a simple call. The third thing was that the bathroom was very small & congested the same goes for the room. Also there was this weird smell in the room like cigarette or smoke the only pro i would say of this place was, it was located on the mall rd. Near the market

little tibet, mall road is very good hotel to stay in darjeeling . it is just walking distance from mall road chowrasta. hotel is very calm and pleasant to stay during the holidays. room service is good. food is also very good 👍 i will rate this hotel 4 ⭐ out of 5 ⭐

Excellent Place, Friendly Staff , Perfect Location, Best Property @ Darjeeling, I don't know about Food didn't got Chance to Try Just Stayed 1 Night & Got Planned Already Fixed & Left Hotel Before Breakfast 🥞
