Mayfair darjeeling is a very beautiful property. The wooden rooms ensure that they don't get cold from inside. The decor at the property is amazing. Their high tea experience in such cold weather was comforting. We felt like our 2 night stay was very short. We look forward to visiting darjeeling again for (1) mayfair and (2) the mahakaal temple.

It was excellent experience overall. The qualities and facilities deserved for 5 star category. Staff behaviour was excellent as well. Their desire to serve and take care was amazing!

We had an exceptional stay at mayfair darjeeling! the property is a standout destination in itself. The staff's exceptional quality, impeccable service, and meticulous cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The breakfast and dinner spreads were fantastic, offering a wide range of delicious options. What truly made our experience special was the warm hospitality from every staff member - always friendly, smiling, and eager to please. We can't wait to return soon

Mayfair's location is excellent, the property is well- maintained, the staff courteous and caring and the food is of good quality. The rooms are well appointed, neat and cleanliness is very high on the priority list. Overall, our stay was truly memorable.

Overall stay was amazing and the resort has lot of indoor games which is quite nice. Only slight disappointment was the food which was not that good especially north indian dishes

Nice hotel

Nicely situated hotel. The dinner buffet was quite extensive. We enjoyed the items we tried. They also have a complimentary high tea. The room we had 402 did not have a good view not sure if other rooms do. There was also a issue with the toilet which they fixed but it stopped working again. The place is a bit aged.

It’s a beautiful property. Happened to stay in three different rooms over a period of just two days. All rooms are intricately designed. The food was nice. Ambience was good. Excellent hospitality. High tea in the evening is a bonus!
