In the temperature of 6 degree, the asked to charge 300- for room heater, we agreed. Still they had given a defective mechine & later took it saying we don’t have any heater. Why on a prominent hill station in winter days room heater is unavailable? me & my mother suffered the whole night for extra cold.

We had an excellent holiday with make my trip. A very good 3 star hotel in a prime location made my trip enjoyable. The hotel staff soniya and pravesh were very humble in addressing our queries. The sanitation and food was also very good. It made our trip a very memorable one. The coordination between jai data and cab drivers was also very nice we covered almost every part of darjeeling. Thank you make my trip for arranging such a wonderful trip for us.

It was a nice experience staying at muscatel fairmont with my family. I stayed for 2 days, 3 rooms. Nice location, staffs are good and attentive. We were also lucky to have viewed kanchenjunga from one of our rooms and rooftop. It was incredible.

We had pathetic experience in the hotel. There geysers were not working. Rooms are inappropriate and bed was damaged. Staff were unable to provide assistance. No thanks
