Good hotel. Only issue is that the back room has less ventilation. Well maintained property overall.

We booked kanchunjanga suites, spacious modern rooms and washroom. Contemporary decor, clean n comfortable stay. Big french windows with great mountain view. Thankfully they also have elevator. Good veg food, we tried indian n chinese. 1 lost point - no ice, no tandoor and they had only 1 cot / stand for extra bed, we needed 2.

very bad experience,roo. quality was also not good at this price. we got late for breakfast just by 30 mints they didn't serve the breakfast even I was ready to pay extra.

Location is near to mall road. Hotel interior is nice & mountain view from the hotel. They upgraded my room also. Hotel is kids family. And provided room heater also. Over all value for money.

Room is quite spacious & you will nice view of the hill& city. Room service is quite satisfactory. People are very humble & punctual. Specially room boy cheddar is very good. Food is also good.
