Hotel was very good and also room but geasar was not work and repeat report to reception but not solved water geasar problem.

The first room they gave in 3 rd floor was having lots of water in the passage outside the room. 2 and night they gave a new room. It was good. Food was good, even they made bread jam for the child. Cooking of breakfast is appreciated. As a budget hotel it's good.

Honestly I was not accepting such cozy and adjusted rooms, I was blinded by the negative reviews about this hotel but the service and comfortable stay that I experienced in these rooms were fab, I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days and no complaints whatsoever about the rooms, the staffs are also so polite and courteous especially Krish, he's a sweetheart always there to help and never refuses about anything God bless him, don't get blinded by the negative reviews and enjoy your stay here, will be coming back soon 😁

Thoroughly disappointed

the room images were so misleading, the actual room that was allotted was small, barely any space to walk, with damp walls, stained bed sheets, and water seepage on floor making the carpet wet. Television had issues, electric kettle provided was not functional. They can't even provide a cup of hot milk for my baby. Definitely not worth 3 star ratings. Not visiting again.

The food served was very good in quality, and also they serve a large quantity. Room and bathroom was decent. Overall it's a good stay.

Hotel ka location shi hai. But parking facility nhi hai. Baaki rooms or room service was good and the staff was also well behaved.

Very bad room, bed not comfortable, pillow cover very bed smelling, toilet very dutty, room in side no plug point for mobile charger, only one point for tv. It's my experience this hotel westage of money.

Not well bed shit pillows/pillow cover, cleaning and bathroom smell is very bad and wifi coverage was very poor.

Stay was much better as expected also the staff were very much friendly !! Thank you Samden team for making a very good stay for us ... specially thanks to the staff names Krish who was there to help us out for everything.... highly recommended 👍🏻

Location is not bad but the bathroom was very small, food quality is very poor and room was very smelly with the dirty smell of the room, i started picking noses with my family

nod good maintenance, some bad smelling, but rooms are spacious in size,bed size is also specious but blanket and gudda given some smelling which is very bad 😔😔😔

Same room they had provide in next day to us. Tv not in working condition, they ask for extra charges, room and bedsheets not clean and hygienic.

Room walls very dirty, washroom are poor. Bedsheet and pillow are in very poor condition. Room have very bad smell. Tv not working, telephone also not work properly. No room service available

Thought that it would be a great stay but i was all wrong regarding the hotel like i booked a standard room at the season rate but what they do was they gave us a worst room with lots of seepage + no tv (room no 4 ), as i thought that the gave us that room cause we're locals and won't complain about anything instead. Full waste of money
