Location is hard to find, staff is showing little interest in welcoming you, breakfast is limited, no phone intercom working, also hotel is not for family properly

This is the prefect budget hotel in darjeeling. The location is perfect and it's at a walking distance from the nbstc bus depot, taxi stand and also mg road. The services provided was also good and the lady at the reception was kind enough to provide me an early checkin without any additional charge. The room was clean and well maintained. Would recommend this for all the budget travelers you have to climb some stairs to reach the hotel so for elderly folks might find it difficult/inconvenient to reach the hotel

Room is good. Amenities not good. No ac. Luggage carrying to room is very difficult. Service also is not good. Location finding is also difficult.

Hotel situated at a one way road where car can not be reached at ta doorstep of the hotel. You have to walk at least halfway from the main road down. Then climb stairs of two floors. There is no view. Maintain time for food orders.

Had a pleasant stay. Staff is good and cooperative. Rooms and washrooms were clean.Only problem i had was that the long flight of stairs during monsoon was quite slippery.Food was also fine.

Our stay at sander-ling residency and spa was very good. It is located at a convenient spot, so it was very easy for us to walk in and around the market. The hotel staff were very attentive. Over all a good experience

It's located in darjeeling, market area, with all amenities inside hotel only. All facilities are good, food is good. Staff is good. Cleanliness is awesome. Just natural view of darjeeling is not there from hotel everything else is perfect. Must book.

The condition of bed is worst. Food is not so good. The condition of lift & wifi is very poor the hotel is not on the road side, reception is located to 3rd floor

1. You have to take minimum 30 steps to reach the entrance of hotel with all your luggage. 2. Rooms are very tiny and they don’t two towels for two persons. 3. Only buffet is available with the minimum items and they charge a hefty amount for that. 4. Poor staff behaviour, non supportive and rude.

One of the worst place to stay. They give dirty linen. Neither the gyser nor the electric kettle were working. Constant drilling sound which makes sleeping difficult. Horrible place. Waste of money
