Property location is good as it very near to mall road. However, cleanliness near front of hotel need improvement. Hotel is bit of old type need improvement from new facilities like kitchen facility. Food is not available in the hotel. Room heater charges are extra. Which needs to include in hotel facility. Lift is not available. Good thing is hotel having bonefire. Overall average hotel

The room was not worthy according to its price. I had to pay extra for a room heater though it's a basic amenity which the hotelier should provide as the tariff was quite high. But the staff was good and the complimentary breakfast was also average.

Besides having a good location, this hotel has nothing to be reviewed. Highly priced rooms have no views of mountains, very compact room with small bathroom, rooms looking quite old fashioned. No provision of lift.

The main problem problem was the toilet. It was small and water would not pass. The breakfast was nice. Overall experience is ok ok.

Our stay at the shangri la regency was excellent. Rooms were clean. View was good and the complementary breakfast was of high quality

It was good to stay at shangri-la regency i like how they take care of us i would to recommend my friend because the hospitality was awesome. Specially thank to housekeeping staff and service team. Thank to the chef over there who take care of the breakfast in the morning ! it feel good ! love to stay when we visit again

Tidy rooms, well behaved and mannered staffs, breakfast with a great view, reasonable price. One small suggestion: should have restaurant facility for lunch and dinner.

the stay was comfortable, nice breakfast, great location. but the following needs to be considered: 1. the hotel has no lift 2. ⁠there is new property that hot build in front of the hotel, blocking the valley view and restricting the view of the kanchanjungha. the hotel is good for young people who wants to stay closure to the mall. but for people who seeks great views from hotel room, this property is not a good option any more.

Excellent location. Cordial and helpful staff. But the rooms and it’s facilities can be improved. Dampness smell was very prominent in the room.

Amazing hospitality very well behaved staff fantastic view from the room this is my second stay here. Will always recommend everyone to stay here. Also its 3-4 mins from keventers.

First of all. I checked in and quit the hotel within half an hour even when my full paid amount was nonrefundable. The rool was like a caze. And the staff behaviour was terrible. I asked the hotel staff that i cant stay in the room if possible please give me another room but they denied. I walked through the lane and booked a hotel in the half price hotel in the prime location on chaurasta. When i was leaving the hotel they were asking for tip. Plz dont book this property.

We stayed at their premium attic room which is on their top floor(4th) which was hectic without lift. The room was spacious but the toilet walls were damp. They are not providing any room slippers and toiletries kit, only gave 2 medimix small soap. Breakfast options are good both non-veg and veg options are tasty and enjoyed.

Location of shangri-la regency, darjeeling is excellent, one can see kanchanjangha from room. Breakfast is of very high quality as well as sufficient quantity. Beheaviour of hotel staffs were very cordial & helpful. Only thing is management should be told to introduce lunch/ dinner in hotel.

It is one of the worst hotel, we have never experienced. There was no water facility, in the bath room. Even on request they have not provided water to take bath, in the morning and only in the evening they gave us 2 buckets of water to take bath. Food is also not good. We quarelled with them to return back our 50% of our money, because of the poor facility and infrastructure. We are the regular user of make my trip, both in flight booking and hotels. To continue the same in future, you kindly return back our money, we paid for our stay in darjeeling, because of the facilities they offered. Hope you will do it to keep your business with us in future.

Cosy hotel, location us good very near to the mall. Rooms may be a bit small but probably similar to other hotels in the vicinity.
