Located near to mall road. Hotel itself is in shopping mall. Rooms and staffs just ok. No bad experience. Food was very good.

Property is amazing. Located just near the mall road, quality of food is top notch, amenities and services are of top quality. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean with a view of the mountains.

Obstructed view of mountains

Everything was fine. Location of the hotel was the best thing about it. The only issue was that we booked a mountain view room but more than half the view was obstructed by the neighbouring building’s shade, you can see the valley and the mountains only if you go and stand near the window and not from the bed. This issue is limited to only few initial rooms. So please communicate with the hotel stay before checking in.

The view was good and the team at the reception was very helpful. 2 points which were not as per my expectations 1) the wifi in the room was not working throughout our stay 2) the in-room breakfast was stale and the idli was very dry and rubber hard.

This was my 3rd visit to summit montana suits and spa darjeeling. I love staying in this hotel. Stayed in presidential suite. Staff very supportive and well mannered. Room service good. Room was lovely. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from mall road. Location is perfect. Hotel above rink mall. View from room is mesmerizing. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The staff, the view from the room, food and other amenities were very nice. Mr. Birendra, ms mono, mr. Karan and mr. Aniket are extremely talented, helpful and experienced staff

The rooms were excellent. Behavior of the staff was impeccable. There were only 2 drawbacks which need rectification. 1. Housekeeping did not change the bed sheets in the afternoon during cleaning. 2. The rooms need to have ceiling fans for ventilation.

Location was good and just walking distance from mall road chawck bazar. The view was spectacular with mountain view. The hotel authorities upgrade our stay from mini suit to premium suit.
