Very nice comfortable stay. The food was delicious. The staff behaviour was very nice. It is near the bus stand. The hotel location is very nice behind the bus stand road.

- mm t fooling people by giving standard rooms and saying it as deluxe rooms - no lift, carry your dependents for 3 floors - rooms are super super compact - dust in the dining areas - ambiance has no deluxe experiences in room nor in common areas - after checkout they check the rooms for some thefts, which is embarrassing - too much over charged by mm t

Thanks darjeeling district & the laali group hotel queen darjeeling for awesome & heartwarming stays. Food was great & cheap cost. All assigned drivers are also experienced in locations & roads. The weather does not always favor us always but the driver knows well the timings and we did not miss any of locations

Well located in the heart of siliguri town. Very neat and clean ambience of the hotel and well behaved staff. Excellent service. Specially mr. Birendra chhetri, the manager who is always ready to help with a smile. Recommend others to try this hotel once @ siliguri

The worst experience of my life.

Your room was at the worst location, with no lift we had to daily go up to 4th floor and then get down, room was too small also the room was not at all clean. The food was the worst food that i had ever in my life. Staffs were not at all supportive. At the time of check in they happily took our bag inside as they knew they would get money from our stay while at the time of check out we asked them 7-8 times to carry our bags from but nobody came and atlas t we had to carry our bags from 4th floor. Also the electric plugs of our rooms were broken we had to wait one by one to charge our phone. They were not cleaning the room and also not providing water on time. This hotel is just a waste of money. Charging 4 star money but not even worth of a star. The k took money for a premium suite room but it not also like a simple bedroom. It's a complete cheat and they are rating it at a high star level and completely cheating on all the tourists.

First of all i still not understand why mm t is included this hotel in there app second thing 500 rupees more than enough for that rooms and mm t is charged with me 3800 rupees per day. Hotel is worst and rooms are dirty service is so bad and hotel management rudely respond with customers and they don't provide towels and room also don't clean i sincerely requesting mm t to remove this hotel and please no one go for this hotel. I don't see this hotel reviews in google before i booked after i paid 11000 for three days i called make my trip to cancel my room they are not refunded and hotel persons also responded rudely when asked to cancel my room. Please don't go anyone for this hotel

Food, room, and location was nice food is bit expensive otherwise it is just along with nbstc bus stand so no need to walk here and there after getting down.

Location is perfect, just opposite taxi stand and mall road is just a couple of minutes walk. Rooms are decent and food was good.
