Property location no doubt is at its best. In simple words location is just perfect to stay near the market place. But, the main disappointment was the service and amenities and also it took almost half an hour for checkout. And lastly many services was over priced.

Room showed in the picture were different from reality. Service is also not good. Commode was coked. I had to ask for basic toiletries like toothbrush or soap multiple times. The hotel is in hill station but the room heater & washroom’s geyser dont work properly. In my personal opinion its over priced & don’t serve a good customer service. Staff behaviour & service is not good. Geyser & room heater dont work properly. Its not worth the price

Floor slippery

From outside and reviews its too good. But when i visited i seen that after one time geyser use you have to wait 30 minutes for hot water. Room floor was too slippery three people fallen because of the slippery floor even the staff slip one time because of that in front of me. Now come to complimentary breakfast it was so so. It was one day stay. Staffs were good property floor should be replaced by some non slippery floor type

The hotel offers decent room and food. The location of the hotel is excellent. But the hotel is overpriced.

The property is located very near to the clock tower, at a very convenient place. Services are upto the mark. Food is slightly priced at higher side. Lift was getting stopped frequently due to the power cut issue.

Stay was good. Food was good. But rooms of hotel are very congested otherwise property is good and near mall road. And there service and staff behaviour is excellent.

Hotel was very near to mall road that was biggest plus. We got good comfortable room. Reception staff is very cordial and welcoming. There was eating joints near hotel itself. Room was big and comfortable. Issues- kitchen staff/manager was not too good. Breakfast menu was good. Water beyond one litre was chargeable in room. As hotel is near to mall road, though accessible by car but parking is an issue. There is no view outside from room on any side.

just average place staff are not professional at all they did not even clean the room when I stayed for to days I tell the staff they will tell me to tell reception and if I call reception they send a boy if I tell him he will tell me to tell someone else it is not at all worth the money breakfast was very poor nothing great all bred items only I will not recommend any one but in prime location

Hotel is good maintained, location is in market, gandhi road, this road is very congested, so parking a rental car for five minutes is also issue, lift start from first floor, so parking floor and lobby level, you needs to use staircase, so sr citizens and handicapped persons will not not comfortable, only one restaurant which was serving only buffet food, not alacarte food could not ordered since they stop making food to order was discomforting

The property is in crouded area. Going to reception means 2 floor staircase exercise. Lift starts from first floor. Very old type interior all in wooden. Small rooms. But good property in crouded darjeeling. Food is too costly. Overall experience good not excellent

Location is very good, hotel earns 5/5 in all respect. Rooms are cozy, toilet is good with hot water all the time. Breakfast is worth mentioning. Restaurant manager mr sen takes extra care for every guest. Reception staffs are prompt and friendly. Hotel is clean and nice. A very good option to stay in darjeeling.
