Location is good. Only prblm with service. Service is very slow. For every thing you have to wait more than 30 to 60 mint. Some time you need to go itself for water or tee kit.

Aar has very good site, neet & clean room and washroom. Very good service and staff are also gentle, disciplined and fast working. I have taken only breakfast, are good.

Property serves the basic purpose of staying, so i rates 3 out of 5. Improvement areas: 1. Food quality, presently it is too oily and breakfast menu is too limited 2. Tea and coffee are pathetic but sometimes tea served is too good. 3. Ground floor has a lot of insects inside the rooms 4. Bathroom fittings are mostly very hard to operate and sometimes found broken too

November visit to dehradun

Since my son got admission in up-es we keep visiting dehradun every alternate month. This hotel is near to up-es and we found a perfect match as per our need. Neat and clean rooms, good ambience and nice views. Need improvement in food. Overall nice one and would choose for my future stay

Property is well located. Great ambiance. Courteous staff. Food preparation is also good and the cook can customise it to our needs. Serene surrounding well maintained. Great place at affordable price for parents who come to visit their kids studying in upes. Kudos to staff.
