The hotel was clean, fairly comfortable and good value for money. But it is located slightly on the interiors and was a little hard to find. The service was fine, but a little slow. Overall good experience and good bang for the buck.

It was a great stay. There rooms were spacious clean. Especially as potrayed in photos. Staff was cordial. It is few hotels which have check out time of 11:30 which makes it travel friendly. Good morning tea

Nice room, however not managed very well. For e. G. The regulator was broken, dental kit was out of stock, breakfast buffet was not available it had to be ordered which we got to know later

The hotel doesn't abide by the rules of hygiene. I was surprised to see the condition of bedsheets and pillow covers in totally dirty conditions. They don't change the bedsheets and pillow cases after guests leave. There were different stains and hair on the sheets. The blanket covers were torn and tattered. We booked two rooms. They provided one small full room, and the other was half sized room. They simply refused to change them. Overall it was a bad experience. I will not recommend this to others

We stayed for a day. It was 7 or 8 degrees in dehradun and no hot water was coming. After inquiring we were informed that it would come by 9 am however it never came.

Stay was average. The room was smelling dettol smelly but after room spraying it was ok. I asked for electric kettle but they provide hot water instead for drinking. The only thing i disappoint was the kettle thing but remaining all was good.

Room service is prompt. But the room's condition and bed condition is not good. Room was cozy and smelling like dumbness. Veg non veg food is in menu.

The hotel is neat n clean n the staff is polite. They should increase bathroom utilities. Better blankets expected
