No spa at the property. Complimentary dinner does not have buffet and no non veg. Same goes with breakfast the preparation was pathetic. Plz do not fall for this hotel worst stay ever

Never seen such poor service in any hotel. There was neither any fixed timing for breakfast nor any menu. We waited for 1:30 hrs after placing an order for breakfast and the worst experience was that i found a glass piece in rice which i stopped chewing by god's grace otherwise i didn't know what would have happened.

1. Room was neat & clean 2. Attached toilet was hygienic 3. Food satisfactory 4. Full night could not sleep as so much of noise and music 5. Not suitable for family or official stay 6. No break fast or tea before 9 am 7. Amenities mentioned is not there in hotel 8. No tea bags for making tea 9. No toiletries in bathroom. No, thanks

there is a pet in front of my room

1 guest comes with a pet dog 🐕 infront my room and at night the dog barks many time this was the burst experience and I have a late checkin around at 11 pm when I reached there was no staff for putting my luggage in my room . I just take my luggage at my own . experience was not good for this property .

This is the only hotel i have seen so far which charges you for providing mineral water bottles and staff declined for providing towels also ! no toiletries available ! parking issues too.

Parking is a big fuss. There is an issue between hotel and restaurant owner regarding parking of guests. Even luggage offloading is difficult. Staff is not very hospitable getting heating iron for clothes is difficult ac remote was not available in room

As-tron stay was, pleasant. Room was very clean and i'm very particular about linen and bathroom cleanliness which was also very good. Restaurant staff needs more training as they didn't understand basic things like a pot of tea is required but overall a good place especially if u are in dehra for work

Rooms were spacious, hotel staff was cooperative, they have a tie-up with a great food chain “xero degrees” who serve awesome food with perfect presentation.

To stay in as-tron hotel was my best experience ever. Mr. Sanjay, the hotel manager is really a magical man with absolutely perfect personality to host d guest. If u stay at dehradun. Must vist #astron. I found everything perfect around.
