The property is located centrally with appropriate parking space. Showrooms of big apparel brands & eateries are available nearby. Back to hotel, rooms are spacious, neatly done, room service is good and more importantly food is good with just adequate spices. Their roof top restaurant provides good anxiolytic experience.

Great experience at the hotel. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and well prepared. Reception was very welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious and catering was top notch. Great experience all in all. Location is also perfect, nestled at the centre of rajpur road area. It has a patio cafe too

Freezing cold in Dehradun n when I entered washroom geysers not working !!! When asked for repair person came n said let’s taps be on for half an he n they ll start warm water They wasted water for more than half hr but no warm water Basic amenities in winter hotel stay lacking PATHETIC

The best part of the hotel is combination of abundance of plants and books . It kind of lifts up your spirit ….. Even the room I had booked overlooked towards the trees and an old house.

Stay was comfortable. Spacious room. Courteous staff. Location is on the main road. Hence positive and negative aspects are there. There is room for improvement of complimentary breakfast. Above all i like the library concept. Books are kept in every room and in the reception lobby. All rare books. Classic.

The hotel rooms are clean. Staff is polite and well trained. Location is perfect on rajpur road. The restaurant is really good. Yummy food. The breakfast was great and fresh. All amenities working well including ac, tv, geyzer, electric kettle. Must visit.

Shower leakagein bathroom, very inconvenient. Yes. Hotel food, room, room servicing and other all are very good, but repeatedly said but they not attended the bathroom water leakage.

You simply ignore this hotel. Other than location there is nothing good. Unclean rooms, very cheap interior, stinking mattress, and poor customer service. Most good reviews for this hotel seems fake to me. I found it a very decent hotel. You can book it only if you get it in about 2. 000. Not worth a single rupee more. I booked it for about 5, 000 through makemytrip, thinking it would be similar like like other budget luxury hotels like ginger or ibis, but it’s no where close to that.

Room no 207 i stayed was stinking and signs of seepage in maximum areas. Wall paint was coming out from many points along with cement putty
