It was a wonderful and amazing experience. The toilets are clean and hygiene bellboy and receptionist are well mannered room ambience is amazing i would like to visit again

The rooms were neat and clean, very good location in the city. Staff was very cooperative for the delay check out timings. Overall our stay at kamla palace was comfortable and good.

The rooms were not like as shown in the picture. It was quite dirty and when we asked for an extra bed, we got a floor metres.

We had a very nice stay in hotel kamla palace, dehradun. The staff is very polite and supportive. Food is nice. Overall good experience.

Those who are travel-ling by train or bus, the location of this hotel property is good. Staff is courteous and prompt. Only one thing was missing, an electric heater could have been provided or offered in the room due to extreme cold weather. Food quality is good. The restaurant can be upgraded with a proper and better bar.

The rooms are not properly cleaned after every gest checks out. Can see spider web, dust on the bed back rest and window panes. Staff is fine but cleanliness is a concern.
