Shabby rooms, stinking used toilet at the time of check-in. Tables and mirror in very dirty condition. Not recommended.

We paid extra for breakfast but they refused to provide and simply denied the breakfast then we called makemytrip and got our refund. The water flow inside the washroom was very low, only one tap was working fine. The charge we paid through makemytrip for booking also makes them trouble and expect more money then we told them we would contact customer care then they remain silent. Never ever visit this hotel.

First, the manager when we arrived was very rude and the and we had to pay more than double the price from the price we booked. The staff were not very cooperative and very disrespectful. The room that they showed and gave us were totally different. It was dirty and smelly. When we asked them to change the bedsheet, they were not so helpful and were talking in a mocking way. The bedsheet and the pillow cover that they gave was also torn and dirty. The washroom was also shabby and smelly. The service was really really bad. Not worth the price at all and won't recommend to anyone.

Service was very poor, on arrival they didn't even provide us a sealed water bottle, they gave us drinking water in a filthy unsealed bottle. Phone was not working even after complaining. I had to went down 2 floors for everything. Lights were not working properly and bedding was dirty. Manager was rude. So many problems with this hotel. I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Service was worst, asked for water at night they provided at morning, service staff does not maintains courtesy, enters room without permission, food quality was terrible, receptionist were supportive and mannered but service staff was not professional he was unskilled.

Worst hotel

Never go there. Water comes out from AC. I have never seen such a worst hotel in my life. Hotel staff is very poor. There is a hole in the key lock so that the outer person can see all the things inside the room. Dirty washroom. No proper lights in the room. So much suffocation inside the room.
