Bad odour, cobweb's all over, broken bedding, 4' mattress, poor washroom stayed over here having a thought of some good property but it was half heartedly. The room was good but full of cobweb around. The bed was old and had irritating sound. The mattress was about 4" of size only. There was no water bottles available in the room fridge in the room was a show piece and had nothing in it. No image available.

Stay was satisfactory. Location is very close to airport. Food was ok. Hand towel, bath towels, drinking water bottles, dental kit, shaving kit, soaps, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, kettle with tea/coffee/milk powder and sugar sachets kept in room

Worst experience

It was horrible experience in the hotel stay, only reception are was somehow good, room was like abandoned property, washroom was highly disappointing, walls of room were like broken and hidden with pvc panels.

Needs renovation

Average hotel it needs refurbishing, a complete renovation is a must, most of the rooms are dehabilitated, the washroom is not functioning normally, a/c is not working, they're trying to maintain the old property with small patch works. The restaurant needs a makeup, morning breakfast was not a buffet, but served at the table with very few selection. The food is good but can be made better. The property is very close to jolly grant airport they should make a proper use of it.

The hotels property is too old that needs updating. The restaurant service was very slow; i waited over an hour for breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for efficiency and comfort.

Location - v good, convenient, very near to airport room - ok maintenace- fail - main door not closing easily, basin tap moving, toilet paper holder broken, some switches not working housekeeping - slow - tooth brush was missing from the kit, when called it took 15 mnts to bring another kit bar - ok restaurant - service quite slow overall, not bad, i would give 50-50% in overall rating
