The wifi didn't worked. They didn't even had a cup of tea when ordered. Had to argue for that. The items in the menu were not available and was forced to order only meal they said was available and that too was delivered incomplete. The meal consisted of dal, rice, salad and one more item they delivered dal and roti. When questioning they gave rice. I dont recommend anyone staying there should remove this hotel from their list

Person sitting on reception was not interested in answering properly. I was in transit to mussoorie so it was just a night stay for me for few hours. No intercom provided. On asking they gave me a card and said call on this no. They didn't even care to take the luggage out at the time of checkout. The complimentary breakfast was good.

There is no telephone facility. Staff service is slow. There is no lift in the hotel. Everything else is fine, cleanliness too, bathroom is fine.

Worst and horrid experience ever of life. Don't waste your money by staying here. No cleanliness at all. Rooms were dirty unhygienic stinking, uncleaned towel and bedsheets. Most horrible stay of my life ever in any hotels. Wont recommend to anyone

The hotel was not good. Specifically bed-sheets & pillow cover was dirty. Also morning breakfast also poor.

Price is so high with room facilities; short size room and is at the corner side ; no soap in the washroom; no tv working; the hotel looks from outside very beautiful but room provided is not good

The location was convenient as it is very near to dehradun railway station and we had a train to catch for delhi. The room was large with two double beds so we could sleep well. But there is no lift and the staff carried the luggage to the first floor where we were allotted our room. We ordered a mini thali and except the chapattis the rest of the food was too oily and s li ivy

It's definitely not a 3-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The rooms smell like cigarettes and their is no ventilation, the bathroom door won't close, and the bed sheets are stained as well. The tv also doesn't work because they didn't recharge their dth service, and the room service is pathetic. Breakfast plates were left all day around. Moreover, the breakfast was served in messy trays without spoons, and when i asked for spoons, it took them forever. Overall, not a good experience, and i wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel.

It was a good stay. The staff is very good. The room service is pretty slow. You have to call them 2 times to remind them.
