Booking was on make my trip, hospitality was good, but my request for non spicy food was not met properly and lunch served on 9th august was spicy though i requested to change, the same bowl was served after 15 minutes, i was cheated, no fruits were made available for breakfast

Construction going on, dirty outdoors, phone not working, surprised that i had to pay 400 for a lost card. Which all hotels give for free. Had to bring my luggage myself during checkout

Very bad when we went their time so as you said that swimming pool is open and we said them that where is pool they it is not open because of construction Then as we booked three delux room in 1 floor they said it's not their you all will be having different floors we were not ok as when called them previous day we called them atleast 20 times they didn't picked out call they have given us simple room

In every way the hotel was great. Thanks to the very welcoming staff, my stay was really comfortable! also the food was amazing! food, ambience, hospitality all in one was a hundred!

I did not stay at the hotel i booked a room for 3 adults and one child but room was not sufficient for 2 adults i had to check out in 2 hours and booked another hotel feeling aggrieved and cheated will never book a hotel in future looking at photos pathetic service

The rooms are excellent and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The only real problem is the food as the restaurant is non-functional. However, room service is available. The other issue is that the food is a little expensive for the quantity and the quality of the hotel.

Staff was nice and helpful. Location is good. Pool was very clean. Lots of scenery to enjoy. Vast open campus. Ok room service and nice food. However, indoor games were not there though mentioned. Room was extremely congested. Bathroom was so small and smelly that nearly not usable. Rooms were not soundproof.

The bed was very small and not at all as mentioned. The room has a smell and not well maintained. There was no variety in food and it was like eat whatever we give you. Most of the items from the menu were not available. The staff was too interested in serving a group and delayed our requirements. This is a hotel charging 5k per night, while the service was only 1k per night. Pathetic hotel.

Location is good as it is close to airport and the traffic jams of the main city are avoided. Large outdoor lawn and banquet halls are good for events. Had a swimming pool used for haldi event. The rooms are okay and house keeping very good. Food is very tasty. Ample parking but can be full during marriage ceremony.

A great overall experience as the staff was real good & special mention for manager mr anup who is all rounder & takes care of all your needs. Food was cherry on top as you order anything as it's tasty

Stay at vasda grand was ok ok. Room was small and the socket had short circuit which caused my mobile adapter to be malfunctioned. Towels were not provided promptly on asking for extra towels
