The hotel denied heating for the room, at 7°C temperature we had to stay there without heating. Geyser also doesn't work at night when you get ice cold water at night. The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear people talk in the adjacent rooms. The buffet breakfast was of very poor quality it's not worth the money being charged. The bathroom window has huge cracks which lets cold winds enter and the bathroom turns into a freezer at night.

Drainage system of a bathroom was very poor, water was coming out to a room and its make a room very slippery due to water and tv was not working properly.

Location of the hotel was good on ec road which is a very good area of the city and near to all major attractions. Rooms were well maintained, clean bathrooms and all modern amenities. Breakfast was good with multiple options and was up to the mark for a 3-4 star hotel. Food was very good and tasty but it is advisable not to book dinner/ lunch with room as it has fix small menu and you have to take same dinner everyday. You have all the options to order from in-house restaurant if you have not booked it with the room. Hotel has enough parking space.

Room service is very slow. I get water after 2 hours with many follow up. No proper lighting and ac is working. Not a variety of breakfast.

Clean room and bathroom. Food was generally satisfactory. Complimentary breakfast had little choice. Overall a fairly good stay. The property is conveniently located.

It was extremely poor experience. Initially it was ok for smaller hiccups and we were understanding as it is a very new property, but than everything is hey wired. Restaurant service was extremely bad, we went out for dinner. Room service was poor, they took almost hour to send us water. Tv was not working, in-spite of telling them 2-3 times. Multiple calls were required to do for anything or everything. Bad service level.

Nice location, all major city areas are near to the place, nice food, breakfast buffet has very limited options and the quality of food needs to be upgraded. The rooms feel a bit dark not enough lighting but the rooms have big fixtures glass windows. Cleanliness is good overall it was a comfortable stay.

Hotel doesn't have a proper tv channel plan. They used free tv. Food quality is not good. They served dal chaval instead of an order of khichdi. Limited breakfast menu. Repeated every day. Hotel location is good. Staff is okay

The hotel staff was very nice but the infrastructure needs to be maintained. I have transferred 2 times to another room as some or the other amenities were not there. Overall i will say it is a decent place to stay. Hotel location is a plus point

All windows sealed, feels like trapped. No toiletries available. Room quality not good. Bed and towels not cleaned.

The property is good and food is nice but the staff at reception desk is inc-operative. The wifi doesnt work and they charge extra for early checkin and dont even give 1 water bottle complementary. Washroom doesnt have an exhaust so becomes a bit smelly
