Terrible Stay

We were not able to check in owner denied because of electricity issue. Even we had already paid in advance. We stayed outside for 1 hr even when i called owner 2 hr before check in time they said our property is ready to move in. Highly disappointed with makemytrip. Com refund is not initiated yet
