Waste of money, dirty rooms, unprofessional staff, and no amenities

It's a scam. All amenities mentioned here will not be provided. Had to repeatedly ask them for even small things like water. Rooms were covered in dust and the bedding had stains. The owner was also very rude when confronted, which was also very difficult to do as i was not able to get a hold of him for hours. Had to constantly remind the staff to do their job, didn't provide a tv remote, didn't tell me from where to switch on the water heater, and most of all didn't provide breakfast till 10 am. When i asked them, they said the kitchen was closed, then told me they will bring food from some nearby local shop.

Good for short stay. Location is convenient as it is adjacent to rely station and hill bus stop. Staff are cordial and responsive. Face problem with supply of breakfast. But ok.

Good decent hotel right along the busy market road. Good staff good service. They don't have a inhouse restaurant but have kitchen and room service. Over it was a comfortable stay with family. They should work a little on room maintainence, a bit on painting, furniture and fittings.

Good hotel, very polite staff & cooperative person's Good location, The hotel is amazing, the interior is beautiful. First of all i loved the staff working there, they are very polite, helpful, understanding & very efficient. The management is great. The Rooms are well-maintained, hygienic & regularly cleaned. Talking about the food is very delicious, they prepared it according to our taste request. We really had a good time staying there. ❤️❤️

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a great place to stay. We would definitely come back!

Ac not working we were 3 adult and two children but since check-in no ac was working till 7 pm. No parking facility hard to park my car
