The rooms were shabby, the ac was leaking all night, which terribly spoil t my luggage too, the toilet was dirty, and so was the service, the reception didn't pick any calls at all ! i would never return to a property of this class ! pathetic !

It was not satisfactory, most of the facilities mentioned in descriptions were hollow, superior room, one of the best room is not upto the mark, from wash room to ac all were defective. Staff was good but lethargic. Even food was expensive and not worthy. Very much depressed with their hospitality.

My family and I recently stayed at Shahensahi Wellness Resort for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the resort's potential, several critical issues significantly marred our stay. To start with, the room service was extremely poor. We had to wait for extended periods to get basic services, and the staff's attitude was lackadaisical at best. The slow and lazy demeanor of the hotel staff left us feeling frustrated and neglected throughout our stay. The property itself is quite large and could be magnificent if properly maintained. However, the lack of upkeep was glaringly evident, especially in the rooms. Although the rooms are spacious, they are not well-maintained, which detracts from the overall comfort and appeal. Issues like worn-out furniture, unclean bathrooms, and general disrepair were disappointing to encounter. Another significant problem was the resort's unreliable power supply. They seem to have issues with their generator, as it took nearly half an hour to fix any power outages. This was particularly inconvenient and added to our discomfort, especially during the nights. It is unfortunate to see such a good property suffer due to poor maintenance and inadequate staff training. Given these issues, I cannot recommend Shahensahi Wellness Resort for family stays. It holds promise but needs significant improvements in both infrastructure and service quality to provide a satisfactory experience for its guests.

The ambience was very good. Facilities were good and kids friendly. Service was ok. One should avoid booking during diwali and holi days. There was shortage of manpower.

There no service, food was cold, pool was not clean, pool staff was abusive, and next owner was complaining about our behavior like a child

Good weather, resort was on very good location. Very beautiful. This is the my best trip with family i will visit this resort again. Very good staff, polite behaviour. The service is very good.

We had booked 12 rooms for two days in the resort andno toiletries, bath towels were kept in the rooms. There was no arrangement of tea coffee in the room. Breakfast was pathetic and smelly rooms and bathrooms. Resorts maintenance was very poor. Staff was not cooperative. Would never suggest anyone to stay there

From the beginning, staff attitude was a concern as they were not happy that we booked. They misbehaved at the time of check in, we’re very non cooperative when it came to providing basic amenities like towels

Shahanshahi adventure park is a resort with nice surrounding. Tweets and chirps of birds at early morning made my day. Food was also good but in my room, upholstery needs improvement. Overall it can be a memorable experience of lifetime for many.

Resort has a nice ambience and architecture. Staff is polite. There are no intercoms in rooms and adventure activities are non functional. You get value for money if you take cheap rooms. Not so sure about expensive rooms.

I had a family visit at this hotel for 2 days on weekends. Overall experience was good. Food was delicious and reasonable. Overall ambience and built is good. Some minor issue with the room are WIFI WAS NOT WORKING & ROOM KEY LOCK WAS FAULTY NOT WORKING. Beautiful staff at the reception makes you to give best review with their apologies for their flaws 😂.Swimming pool is clean as they have filter set up to clean it. Staff behaviour is polite. Complimentary breafst is good. Want to recommend with my family and frnds. 👍

It's an absolute harassment to be there and pay for it

I haven't had such a poor experience ever even in a 200 rupee hotel, let's start with bell boys rude arrogant and dressed like in a hip-hop vedio. Reception is still good and doing. Fine job, to begin with we were given a room, full of ants in the while we were calling make my trip about the situation, guest with a huge trolley speaker entered the floor with the ear defnig music, we imidiatly wanted to leave from the property but being tierd of long road trip we stayed in a changed room after make my trip called the property. All and all it's not hospitable at all staff is poor and unprofessional apart from the reception people, other look like they don't care have no empathy or manners to talk dress or behaviour.

I had booked executive rooms for my friends at this hotel for 2 nights and it costed me but when my friends arrived there, they were taken to an old building altogether situated 2 kms from the hotel. It was more like a guest house where doors would close at 10 pm. Rooms were very dirty, ants were everywhere. It was not worth the money spent. Besides, hotel staff is involved in where they post different pictures. Not recommend!

The resort is located at a beautiful location and the staff is also very cordial. Rooms are clean. I was very satisfied with my trip. Food of the hotel in house restaurant was very nice.
