Location is convenient at prime location near to mall & eateries. Rooms are spacious & were clean. Roof top restaurant was not operational. Buffet breakfast had good options. Service was prompt

Overall, hygine was terrible, 1. Kittle kept in the room was uncleaned even after changing after complaining. 2. Bedsheets had some black particles inside 3. Breakfast wasn't good as well. Sour sambar, etc.

The bottle of water had fungus. Basic hygiene was missing. Rooms had dirt all around. There were cobwebs between the beds. Dirty bathroom and bad house keeping

The hotel location was amazing. Greenery location. The hotel room was neat and clean. Nearby shops options for foods. Good cafes were nearby. One thing can be improved food taste especially nonveg. Overall great experience

Location of property is in residential area, not seems good for family, roof top shown on site is not operational, toilet area too small, making uncomfortable. Buffet need to have variety, service too slow, staff is quite good.

Comfortable room but need to be updated

We stayed two days here. It was a really pleasant comfortable stay. Location of the hotel is very good which is near to main road. Rooms are pretty conformable. House keeping can be little improved as we found green algae deposited on bottom of the glass bottles provided for drinking. Also the bathroom lacked air exhaust fans because of which there was odour in the bathroom after defecation. The staffs can be more courteous towards guests.
