It was a very dirty room even whole night cockrojid rooming in complete room and it was not only a single one it was 100s off cockrojos in room and washroom and cleaning staff was very pathetic

07/11/24 stay hotel ma room last me diya baht chalna pada subh me-in 6:00 am train pakdni thi to bathroom me-in pani nah i aaya yaha teak ke toilet ke liya pani nah i thai koi service nah i diya bin a nahaya hamein train pakdni padi staff koi response nah i diya ac not cooling purana furniture hai bakwas hotel hai mufat me-in bhi is hotel me-in stay nah i karna

Blankets are not clean. No sleepers provided. Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. If maintained properly then it will be very good.

Excellent service and very friendly front desk, need to provide water in rooms that was missing. Location is best next to clock tower, good parking space

The room was not functioning, the ac didnt work and we had to change room multiple times, the room was smelly and the washroom was unclean the staff was incompetent and lights flickering, overall a total waste of money, we paid 1799 for 2 nights and seeing the condition we decided to leave in one night thats how much it was bad. I would never recommend it

I visited this hotel on 12thoct24 and services they have provided are worst. 1. Toilet flushing system was not working, 2. Geyser was not working and it was in burnt conditions, 3. Bathroom kit set was not provided, 4. Bathroom gate was in broken condition, 5. Room was not clean, 6. Hotel staff was rude and not responding for any issue and thy just say each room have some problem and we cant do anything just inform the reception. Dont go with the images

The room was not up to the mark. The washroom had fungus and mushrooms growth. Food was good but everything else was bad.

My booking had complimentary breakfast, but the hotel didn't provide as they said it was not showing in their system, so i had to pay for it. The rest of everything was excellent

I have already booked my room prior to 8-10 days before, and even called them telling them that we are going to check in late in the night, when we reached there they says we don't have available rooms. We booked 2 rooms, 1st room was clean and nice no complaint about that but the second room is totally different in the corner, no cleanliness, they didn't even cleaned washroom someones used towel was hanging there, greaser not working, even after complaining multiple times they didn't fixed it
