Given 4. 2 excellent status put me in to smelly hotel room. No freshner, no washroom slippers, no kettle. Yes, wifi was good and hot water was swift. The service was bad. Food was not good and too costly considering the class of hotel.

We reached dehradun at 10 and called hotel for early check-inn. The name of the hotel on mmt is different from the name displayed by hotel. Which creates unnecessary confusion. After waiting for 5 mins we got our room. I just wanted to lie down and take a nap. The room has very bad odour of dampness. There were spiders on bed. And a wall of room had artistic display of termites. In any hotel, cleanliness is my number 1 priority. Never going there again.

Everything was excellent but the food and drinks are overpriced. So i suggest you to eat food outside if price is a concern.

Hotel room didn't have ac and room interior is also very bad, i had booked breakfast but hotel staff denied to give free breakfast service.

The hotel is located in a good location. The rooms were well designed aesthetically but there was less focus on details. I could see black patches in the room and the bathroom. My room was the classic one. Though the food was really good. I had hakka noodles and it was really really good. Also the hotel didn't provide us with the basics like sugar pouches, coffee pouches, milk powder or kettle, this was a huge amiss for me. I'd suggest the hotel to look after 100% cleanliness. Other than that no problems at all.

Good cozy rooms with good location. Food products very very expensive, charged rs 140 for 1 coke can. Overall ok hotel, but avoid eating inside as very expensive.
