Property should be maintained well, especially room should be painted and service was average because they shouldn't be charged for water bottles. I order food from room service but they charge accompanied with meals also like green salad and papad they shouldn't be charged.

Pros- Location is good Cons - property is not maintained, not clean, food isn't so nice choose only if you want to stay near prince chowk overnight and there is no other option nearby.

The initial room allotted to us was extremely sad, with no sunlight, no ventilation, the walls were damp with fungus, the blanket and bedsheets had plenty of small hair on them which they changed when i asked them to. The next day after complaining with make my trip they changed our room and we got a much descent room. The restaurant was also sad and closed in the night when we came so didn't feel like ordering even room service

Standard room size is not appropriate and it was not properly ventilated after checking in i came to know that and made complaint with reception on next day they shifted me to another room that was very good. Staff behaviour good was cooperative. Property situated near railway station

No internet, remote not working, no breakfast before 8 am, horrible food, horrible room

I had booked room along with breakfast and dinner option. They were serving horrible ver thali. I had to leave at 8 am. And breakfast was to be served only after 8 am. So i couldn't have breakfast or tea. They assured that atleast they will provide with sandwich before 8 am but unfortunately nothing at all. And they were shamelessly shameless in accepting their follies. They room key was also not working the intercoms was not getting picked up the remote was also not functional

Not worth the money

Rooms are damp, even the towels they give are dirty, the bathroom fittings fall off, they don't give hangars to hang your clothes inside the cupboard. But the staff is good and polite.

Excellent location and close to the main attractions. The sraff is extremely helpful and professional. Beautiful decoration, spacious and clean rooms. The breakfast was generous. I highly re-command this hotel for couples.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the rooms and the hotel's central location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We were also very impressed by the buffet breakfast. We would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting g k residency

The only thing this hotel really has going for itself is a good location. Staff is rude and not friendly. Breakfast room does not have enough seating for everyone so people have to wait. I would suggesting finding elsewhere as there has to be better hotels in budapest.
